I couldn't find a web page so I just posted a map link. Victor's is a small pizza cafe in Holly Springs on J.M. Ash Drive just east of Craft Street which is a little north of Highway 78. I was in town and ate lunch at another place and stopped by to try them. I was hoping they sold single slices as I just wanted to try the pizza, but he doesn't. Not an issue in an of itself. Many pizza places don't sell by the slice.
He does takeout only, no dine in, which again isn't a really big deal, but he doesn't let you wait inside the restaurant because he's still running on COVID rules. You have to wait in your car or come back later. He said it takes about 30 minutes to make a pizza. I didn't know that until I had already ordered and paid and to be honest, he was a little rude about it. I didn't know so I was just going to sit and wait but after I paid he said he told me I had to wait outside. To be fair to him, when I came back in to get pizza he was nice. I don't think he meant to be rude and I got caught up on a couple of podcasts while I waited.
I thought the pizza was a little pricey, almost $17 for a small personal sized pizza and a canned Diet Coke, but the pizza had plenty of toppings. I ordered the "Victor's Special" which was beef, mushrooms, and onions and he put plenty of each on the pizza.
The pizza wasn't anything spectacular but it was okay. Honestly if I am back in the area I probably wouldn't go there again but that's mainly because it's takeout only. If he eventually changes to dine-in I'd try it again.
The pizza wasn't bad, just not "great" so if you're in the area and want to try it, let me know how it is!
