Exline's Pizza, Bartlett, TN

Exline's

MAP

Exline's is an area staple with a location in Bartlett on Stage Road a little east of Elmore Park Road. I went there a few days ago for the first time (although I've been to other locations in the past). The food was really good, albeit a little pricey.

The lasagna was around $15 for a fairly small serving BUT it was really good and was plenty for a lunch serving. I also got a personal sized meat lovers pizza and ate one piece while I was there to see what it was like fresh, and it was very good as well.

My total bill before tip was $30-something but I don't remember the exact total. I will definitely go back!

The Dutch Oven, Clarksdale, MS

Dutch Oven

MAP

The Dutch Oven is an Amish cafe and bakery in Clarksdale, MS on Blues Alley Lane about a block north of 4th Street east of Sunflower Lane.

I saw a review of it a few days ago and was in the area today and stopped by and let me tell you, it was great. All I got was a club sandwich and a salad but both were excellent. The bread is baked in house. As I was leaving I also got a chocolate chip cookie which was wonderful as well.

As you might expect, the service was great and the prices were reasonable. All together including tip my total was less than $20.

I can't say enough about this place.

They are only only for lunch hours 10 AM for the bakery and 11 AM for the restaurant, and close at 3:00 PM and are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Give them a try if you're in the area. I think you will be pleased.

LA 91, Southaven, MS

LA 91

MAP

LA 91 is a new southern restaurant in Southaven on Malco Boulevard next to Huey's. We ordered from there a couple of weeks ago at work. I normally don't like to review to go orders simply because I don't get to go in and experience the restaurant but the food was good and I will review it again once I have a chance to go there and eat.

The food was good and I will definitely be back. The prices were about average for what I got.

I ordered a cheeseburger with macaroni and cheese and both items were really. Good.

I will give a longer review once I get to eat in there.
