Old Town Taco, Olive Branch, MS

Old Town Taco

MAP

Old Town Taco is a Mexican restaurant in old downtown Olive Branch on Goodman Road (not 302) just east of Cockrum Road in the shops that are at the intersection of Goodman and Old Highway 78.

I went to downtown Olive Branch intending to go to Ash's Irish Pub but saw this restaurant next to it and decided to give it a try.

Overall, I liked the food. The cheese dip was okay but a little thin and kind of expensive, $8 for what would be a regular order in most other places where I've eaten.

That aside, the chicken quesadilla was really good and the refried beans were really good. The total with a drink was about $29 before tip.

Other than being a little pricey for a fast food style restaurant, I will go back. There were several things on the menu that sounded good.

As a side note, they grilled their logo into the quesadilla. You can see it in the picture. That was kind of cool.
